Our Story
It Began with One Decision at 23
A native of Siem Reap, Cambodia, Rathana lost his family at a young age. At 23, he chose to build an orphanage and teach the children Khmer leather carving—a traditional craft they could carry forward with dignity.
In January 2015, we helped share Rathana’s artwork and story with a wider audience, helping the children gain access to better resources. His compassion planted an idea that would later shape Paint For Heart: true art, true heart.
